If you'd like to modify your design, please provide us your order information (order number/email/name/phone number) via our support email so that we can help you better.
If your request exceeds our capabilities or adversely affects the overall design of the product, we may need to charge you additional modification fees or decline your request. Therefore, kindly provide us with a detailed description of your requirements.
We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that we cannot change an order once it has entered into production.
Remember that after placing the order, you have 8 hours to contact our customer service and request a modification.
